A Jewish man in New York asked me to marry him. I've always wanted to become Jewish, but never had a reason before that day. I said yes. Turns out he was joking.
I was 8 years old, and at school, I was considered to be challenged due to the fact that I am bilingual. So, id miss class everyday for an hour to go to Speech Therapy, where they taught me how to talk correctly in english. Kids made fun of me for it. I never really graduated truly from that program, the only reason that let me go was because i was graduating elementary school.
